1.Phone contact information: When you apply for a loan using our app, we may need to obtain emergency contact information from your address book to prevent fraud and risk, confirm your credit rating, and ensure smooth communication with you. Include the contact's phone number, name, and your relationship to the contact. All data collected will be securely uploaded to an encrypted center and stored at https://mayuq.com and will never be shared with third parties.
2.List of installed applications: To identify potential fraud and prevent malicious loans, we will collect a list of applications on your device (including app_name, package, in_time, version_name, app_type, version_code, flags, up_time). This data will be sent to https://mayuq.com in encrypted form and stored securely and will never be disclosed to third parties.
3.Camera: In order to provide you with an easy and smooth operating experience, during the loan application process, we require camera permission to allow you to take photos of KYC documents and other required documents and upload them directly to the Application.
4.Image: When applying for a loan using our application, you may be asked to take or select a photo of your National Identity Card (KTP) from your photo album and upload it. Please note that we only require an image of your ID card for your passport photo. We do not request or store any other type of image information. Device Information: Collect information about your device type, operating system, settings, unique identifiers, and network information to optimize application performance.
5.Location information: In order to provide you with services that are more tailored to your needs, we will request your location permission and collect related location information. Please note that you can disable this permission at any time through your mobile device system settings.
The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and make use of in below ways:
Geolocation Services: The Service Provider utilizes location data to provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services. Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application. The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at sanjaya.ginanjar@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
